For years, I struggled with symptoms no one could explain. Chronic fatigue, recurrent vertigo, and PCOS disrupted my life - and despite seeing multiple doctors, I was constantly told everything looked “normal.” But I didn’t feel normal. I felt exhausted, inflamed, out of balance, and unheard. It wasn’t until I discovered functional medicine that things finally began to shift. Through root-cause testing, food as medicine, nervous system regulation, and consistent support, I was able to reclaim my energy, heal my hormones, and feel like myself again.

That healing experience changed everything for me - not only personally, but professionally. I realized how many people were navigating similar paths, falling through the cracks of conventional care. At the time, I was working in primary care and prescribing medications day after day, knowing deep down that it wasn’t enough. I could no longer ignore the pull I felt to practice in a way that aligned with what I now knew was possible - to treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

So I made the leap. I transitioned out of traditional medicine and built my own holistic practice - one where I could blend evidence-based functional medicine with intuitive care, emotional healing, and individualized support. My approach now includes advanced lab testing, personalized protocols, nervous system work, and a strong emphasis on lifestyle, nutrition, and uncovering the “why” behind your symptoms.

My roots in holistic health run deep. I was born and raised in Germany until the age of 14, where I was brought up on homeopathy and natural remedies. My mother instilled in us the power of natural remedies and plant medicine, while my grandmother carried a deep connection to Ayurvedic principles that continue to inspire my approach to healing today. Those early influences, combined with my Western training as a nurse practitioner, shape the way I approach healing - blending modern science with time-honored wisdom.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me practicing yoga, tending to my garden, traveling to new places, or spending quality time with my family and loved ones. These are the simple things that ground me and reflect the balance I aim to help others find in their own lives.
